Executive Assistant

Permanent employee, Full-time · Stockholm

Job description
We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Investor Relations (IR) team. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring that investor-facing activities, reporting cycles, and strategic priorities run seamlessly.
You will be based in our Stockholm office, working closely with colleagues across offices and time zones. You will also be part of our international Business Support team of 13 professionals, including Executive Assistants, Office Managers and Events specialists.
This is a high-trust position at the core of the business. You will handle sensitive information and gain deep insight into Verdane’s operations, portfolio and investor relationships. Discretion, judgement and integrity are essential.
We are looking for someone who anticipates needs before they arise, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment. You are structured and solution-oriented, comfortable acting as a gatekeeper, and confident working closely with senior executives and partners across locations.
Your responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars for senior members of the IR team
  • Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows and related activities
  • Plan and arrange domestic and international travel
  • Work across time zones to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for investors, analysts and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with the Event team to plan and execute Investor Days, AGMs and other key events
  • Support reporting cycles and other recurring IR processes
  • Contribute to structure, planning and continuous improvement of administrative workflows
Your profile
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar senior EA/PA role, preferably supporting executives or partners
  • Experience from a fast-paced, international environment
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently
  • High integrity and sound judgement in handling confidential information
  • Service-minded and relationship-driven, with the confidence to manage senior stakeholders
  • Structured, organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Experience from private equity, investment management or financial services is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
